Hey, I’m Shaneall Ferron, Jamaican born wanderer, and the owner of Go Jetters Travel
Born and raised in the beautiful parish of Portland, Jamaica, I founded Go Jetters Travel in November 2019 while working as a nurse. I received an Instagram message from Ashley McDonough, my travel mentor, asking if I wanted to be a travel agent. Of course!
Growing up, I’ve always dreamt of traveling the world and exploring different cultures while showing people that traveling is not scary and not just for the rich. Everyone should at least get the thrill of walking down the aisles of a plane, tasting different foods, or trying to navigate a city where they don’t speak your language, and the list goes on
So, I did it. I jumped all the way in! I’m talking business cards, logos, social media profiles, and everything! And then, BOOM, the pandemic hit. And let me tell you, I was devastated. Everything stopped, and for a while, I considered stopping too.
But it was never in my nature to give up, especially when it’s something I’m passionate about. I decided not to close shop or wallow in misery. Instead, I used that time to learn, grow, and be better for you.
